1. Vladyka Moisey, what could you say about the statement of the UAOC press-service of Metropolitan Mefodij.
Moisey:
- The UAOC press-service of V. Kudryakov (Metropolitan Mefodij) is represented by a very odious person Ruslan Koulyk, whom I imprudently ordained in bishops with the hope he would be helpful in the revival of the corruption-free Church of Christ in Ukraine. But all his wicked acts prove the opposite. On the 23rd of June, 2004 Ruslan Koulyk rushed into my apartment with cold steel in his hand, threatening to take my life. He started to beat me on the head and other parts of my body, striking blows and gashing deep wounds so violently that I even lost consciousness. But the noise of the people living next door stopped him, so he grabbed the church seven-candlestick, ran out, got into his car and vanished. He was seen by the tenants and concierges of our apartment block. I was taken to hospital, given medical aid by putting in the stitches on my broken head. The diagnosis was concussion of the brain with blows all over the body. Ruslan Koulyk first was hiding himself in the USA, but having seen that I didn't take any critical steps against him; he came back to Ukraine and resumed his demonic activities against me. The Synod of the UAOC canonical-soborna on the 17th of August, 2004 handled the situation. The Holy Synod pointed out that Ruslan Koulyk didn't repent and kept doing evil things in front of God and people which was intolerable, so in accordance with Canons 55 and 66 of the Apostle Rules as well as Canon 29 of the IV Ecumenical Council he (the former Bishop Bogdan) had to be unfrocked for the evil against the Church of Christ we are trying to revive for Ukraine. The Church cannot tolerate Ruslan Koulyk who is, in fact, a bandit in the cassock. Bandits should stay in prison.
2. Is this case being investigated in court?
- Yes, of course, because it is dangerous to let such an odious person be close to society. Besides, his further crimes will be sins on our souls unless we do everything possible before God's Law and Ukraine. The evil should always be punished, at least because it would take hundreds of years for it to clear in hell. As it turned out later, I hadn't been his only one victim. There were other victims who managed to survive, but he is currently threatening to bury them on the banks of the Dnieper River and after that escaping to the USA or bribing the men of law.
3. How was Ruslan Koulyk admitted to the UAOC of Metropolitan Mefodij?
-Valerij Kudryakov (Metropolitan Mefodij) himself was once put in prison for robbery and hooliganism. He was also unfrocked by the ROC Mother church that ordained him, which is witnessed by people and testified in a book "History of the Autocephalous and Filaret Splits" (Kyiv. - 2002. - pp. 131-132). Kudryakov - Mefodij already did time in prison, and Ruslan Koulyk should be put in prison if only he really doesn't escapes to the USA from where he will send his Internet calumny messages as he is constantly doing at present. oa iino?eii ?iaeou. It is worth saying that Mefodij's father, Andrij Kudryakov, was a KGB general, who was at the head in Ternopil region, so you can only imagine how many patriots of Ukraine he did away with there. What can his son be like, then? We can also make judgments by that fact that at the presidential election of Ukraine Mefodij (Kudryakov) as if on behalf of the whole UAOC, where 90 per cent of the clergy are against him, agitated for voting for Yanukovych who had been imprisoned, too. All shady dealings of Kudryakov - Mefodij can hardly be listed here. But all mentioned is enough to understand that he took Ruslan Koulyk under his Omophor, the former Bishop Bogdan who was unfrocked and is under the court investigation. Servicing with him, Mefodij is also under the Apostle Interdiction according to Apostle Canons 10 and 11: „If someone of the clergy prays with the unfrocked, he should be unfrocked too." Well, I think, you understand what 'UAO Church' is being developed by the KGB general's son Mefodij (Valerij Kudryakov). I must add that he didn't conduct the UAO Church Councils for five years, while according to the Canons they are to be convened annually. If the clergy make him conduct such a council, it is very likely they will unfrock him there as the bishops are discontented with the corrupted and anti-canonical acts of Mefodij (Kudryakov) who doesn't follow God's teaching. That's why he is consolidating his position by such criminals in cassocks as the unfrocked Ruslan Koulyk, whom I would call "Shoufrych No.2", and who will pull Kudryakov to the bottom more quickly. As people say: „Birds of one feather flock together".
4.Vladyka Moisey, how would you comment the statement of the UAOC Press Center, in the person of Ruslan Koulyk, the former Bishop Bogdan, that you are the heretical teaching and quasi unfrocked according to Protocol of January 30, 2004.
- I'll tell you the following. Such a statement doesn't exist and cannot exist canonically. It's one more lie, written by the unfrocked Ruslan Koulyk to distract attention from his own prohibition, but this lie is easy to find out. A year ago a similar statement without signatures and stamps appeared in the Internet: www.uaoc.org Metropolitan Stepan (Babij) repudiated the authorship. Later the statement in the original version appeared on www.risu.org.ua and in the modified versions on some other church Internet sites. In that statement there was not a word about getting me unfrocked. At the same time, the whole statement made by Ruslan Koulykm was against me, having nothing in common with the truth. In that statement those who put their signatures isolated themselves from Metropolitan Moisey because, as they put it, of his heretical teaching and it also says that I couldn't represent their church in Ukraine. At that time I didn't represent their church because in 2002 I was appointed Archbishop of UAOC-canonical in Ukraine according to the resolution of Archbishop of UAOC in the diaspora Metropolitam Oleksij (Niza). There are also explanations regarding that statement on our Internet-page www.soborna.org.
Clearly, Metropolitam Michael Yavchak-Champion didn't like that and agreed to support Ruslan Koulyk's (Bishop Bogdan) shady enterprise to place that provocative statement on his site. This is absolutely anti-canonical and blatant, done with the only purpose to attract attention. When there are no good deeds, evil dealings are the only way left to become known.
They seem to be people of God, but instead of acting as Christians and helping me in the struggle against Church corruption, they are trying to stab in the back. If they are not Christians, what heresy in Christianity can they talk about? Christ taught that not according to words but deeds you would be judged.
By the way, before calling my teaching of Christ a heresy, one should listen to my lectures where I preach. Because neither Metropolitan Stepan, nor Metropolitan Michael listened to them as one should come to Ukraine where my enlightening lectures are given in the language clear for people's hearts, lectures based on the teaching of our God Jesus Christ and on the dogmata of the Orthodox Church. These lectures are for everyone on Tuesdays at 7 p.m., Volodymyrska Street 29 in Kiev.
Metropolitan Stepan wrote to me that he was on pension and hadn't put his signature or stamp on that statement and had nothing to do with the statement which Ruslan Koulyk with Metropolitan Michael placed in the Internet. It's true that the statement has neither signatures nor stamps. Clearly, that statement was very unexpected and painful for me. 5.Vladyka Moisey, what could cause such a forged statement in the Internet www.uaoc.org?
- The cause is pretty simple. It's usual demonic envy, as Ruslan Koulyk himself couldn't serve God, people didn't follow him, so he with his calumny destroyed labor of God. It is also worth noting, when he had mission in New York City, he did many shady dealings there, people who suffered from him there are still calling me. You can learn about it from the American Orthodox. That's why he didn't want to stay in the USA and breaking the territory canons permanently resides in Ukraine. He can't work himself. However, he constantly remands some parish from me. At that time Rivenska eparchy was about to unite with our canonical Church, but seeing demonical manifestations of Ruslan Koulyk, such as hatred and cruelty to people, I couln't trust him even a small congregation. God does not call me to rebuild His Church from the beginning to fill the Church with corruption and Satanism in church cassocks again. No, never. We don't need new filarets and mefodijs. That's why I unambiguously refused to give Ruslan a community. But he is not a person who understands responsibility before God for saving people's souls, as we can see from his deeds he started ruining the Church of God he hadn't built. Instead, he went to the USA to perform Denisenko's (Filaret) order, what he twice casually mentioned to his own father Ivan Koulyk. And you know Filaret's orders. So, the results didn't make waiting long. January 30, 2004 that forged statement against me appeared which today Ruslan Koulyk misinterpretes even in a more horrible way.
6. Can you assume that Filaret Denisenko had bribed Metropolitan Mikhail so that he without Metropolitan Stepan's agreement placed the forged statement on his web-site?
- Say, it is quite possible. And this is only one reason. Other reasons are that Ruslan Koulyk can easily persuade the faint-hearted to do evil things, and Metropolitans Mikhail and Stepan are badly afraid of Filaret, what they said to many people and personally to me. They were offered peace with Filaret for the account of a guileful blow to Metropolitan Moisey who is like a thorn in the flesh for the corrupt Filaret (Denisenko) and many others because of his canonical line of ordination and his charisma to love people of Ukraine and truthfully serve God. It's worth just analyzing my work. Sine 2002 I have been reviving canonical truthful Church for Ukraine, in spit of discrimination, calumny from the power and the corrupt churches. Today, under my Omophor there are several tens of canonical archbishops, most of them in the Diaspora, i.e. all over the world. It's not me; it is God who is building His Church via me, unworthy. It's not Kremlin or Filaret-Mefodij church, it's His Church. No wonder, in our church people are healed spiritually and physically. 7. Could Filaret bribe them, and how is it seen that they started supporting Filaret (Denisenko)?
- It's an open secret that Filaret is the former Exarch of ROC, has enough money defalcated from the ROC on the territory of Ukraine. He easily bribes judges of the Shevchenkivskij district courct as well as the Courct of Appeal of Ukraine, where there is an obvious fact of his fault, he gets verdict of "not guilty". Filaret buys everyone and everything that sells. Take, for example, Metropolitan Michael (Champion-Yavchak), whose Sunday service is attended by 3 to 5 people, and who himself rents an apartment with one more tenant. To pay the rent he works in the post office. Clearly, he will easily accept any sum from Filaret, because just like Ruslan Koulyk is envious of the service of Metropolitan Moisey.
8. Vladyko Moisey, the statement of the UAOC of Mefodij says that you have no relation to UAOC. Could you comment this?
 - Well, look. Since the 90s, from the very beginning of the third revival of UAOC when I lived in Khmelnytska  region, in my heart God called me to revive UAOC. Being alone, but with God I started missionary work to create UAOC in Khmelnytska, Vinnytska, and Zhytomyrska regions despite threats from the KGB. For this purpose I was appointed Metropolitan administrator and in 2 years and a half established 200 communities. It's not in vain that the evil spirit rose against me, my relatives and I were attacked 16 times, 13 of which were documented in the police. I participated in the first Sobors of UAOC in the Lviv area, in the First All-Ukraine Sobor of UAOC in 1990 in Kiev, and in the meeting and enthronement of the First Patriarch of UAOC Mstislav. I organized his Patriarch visits to Podillya where at that had established 36 operating parishes. However, because of the persecutions in autumn 1992 I right after Patrirch Mstislav left for the USA where served together with him until his last days. My episcopate line is the same as Patriarch Mstislav's, and at present I continue the service of UAOC for Ukraine, ordaining the canonical clergy and archiereys. That's why no one has the right to claim that  Ukrainian church is not real, that there are not canonically ordained archiereys. After all, you may read my autobiography on the Internet site www.soborna.org.which has been available to everyone for 3 years already. Well, do I have any relation to UAOC?
Practically all bishop of the UAOC of the 90s remember me and call me their archierey, thanking for my trying to serve the truth and not fearing to protect it in favour of Yuschenko on November 25 on the 5th TV Channel of Ukraine right after Central Election Committee proclaimed Yanukovych President of Ukraine.
 9. Vladyko, does Mefodij have canonical relation to UAOC?
- He has some relation to UAOC, but not canonical. He was ordained from Moscow-Kremlin  Church which persecuted and calumniated UAOC, distorting the historical truth. The episcopate Moscow line of Mefodij's ordination in 1995 goes back to Michael Denisenko (Metropolitan Filaret) who was at that time unfrocked. What good can come out of it? That means Mefodij has nothing in common with the historical episcopate line of UAOC which was recognized by the Ecumenical Patriarchate in 1924. Neither Filaret, nor Mefodij has relation to the historical UAOC. In 1990, Valerij Kudryakov, using the autocephalous revival with the group of soldiers took over a cathedral the city of Ternopil he occupies now, turning out the bishop. In the same manner, he took over the building of the seminary from the founder of UAOC Metropolitan Vasyl Bondarchuk. This is all his contricution into UAOC. I failed to mention one more thing you know about, that is the take over of the premises of 450 square meters of the UAOC Patriarchate on Trekhsvyatitelska Street 8, Kiev. Again, in Kudryakov's manner, with the beating of bishop and respected political prisoner and writer E.Svertyuk who is in his late 60. Kudryakov was assisted by the unfrocked Ruslan Koulyk (Bishop Bogdan) who represents the Press-Center of UAOC of Mefodij.
 10. Vladyko, did you open cathedrals?
- Yes, I did, I opened, revived and gave over to bishops so that I could go on performing my mission. In Khmelnytskij I opened St. Andrew Cathedral, in Kamyanets-Podilskij St.Petr and Pavlo Cathedral, and in other cities and villages. With Patriarch Mstislav I consecrated the ruin of Mikhailivskij Monastery in Kiev, which was restored on vast donations form the Diaspora, and I personally donated one thousand honestly-earned dollars.
11. Ok, vladyko Moisey. And one more question. It's, I guess, very personal and painful for you. And it's your moral right not to answer it. I wonder if you could tell me, if this Ruslan Koulyk, the former Bishop Bogdan, ordained by you and helped in church service, helped to be ordained as a deacon by Metropolitan Ioan Bondarchuk, is he your brother?
- Unfortunately, yes. And it hurts. Hurts so much that no one knows. And God help them. Let them never know what you feel when brother does the evil. He does evil things against the Church of God which is so hard to revive for Ukraine. There are enough enemies. And here is in addition my brother, obsessed with the devil. Like Cain killing his brother Avel. He failed to kill me spiritually by that false statement of January 30, 2004, so he dared to physical murder. I'm not sure, if not that noise from the neighbors; he could complete his awful deed till the end. It hurts as I must reveal this bitter to the public among which there are good and intelligent souls but the hostile as well who might defame and dishonor in their own way. On the other hand, I cannot hide it, because he is the man who has now limits of his evil. People should understand that he is a man in the holy cassock in the Kudryakov (Metropolitan Mefodij) church organization. Today, Ruslan Koulyk register Internet for Mefodij, choosing the UAOC Press-Center to be a new weapon against the Church of God. He is good-for-nothing, as having received Mefodij's order to go to Cherkassi, the bishop there didn't accept him.
12. Aren't you afraid of him at present, as he can hire someone to, say, blow you up in your car?
- You know, if I were afraid, after 16 aggressions I wouldn't have come back to Ukraine. But even today, under different names (pope moses), by e-mail someone sends menaces to me, saying they are going to kill me, that Filaret and Mefodij are so annoyed by me that they ordered me.
13. What is leading you so that you have no fear?
- First of all, God himself. Secondly, love to Ukraine in my heart, to people who deserve a better spiritual life. They deserve to have truthful Sobor Church of God in Ukraine, the Church that will unite the whole Ukraine. I have always lived my life not for the benefit but for the truth. It is sometimes hard to live with the truth, but always sweet and peaceful in the heart, as I serve not for the temporary benefit on the earth, but for the eternal truth of God, where I hope to enter after finishing my mission on the earth. And for the time being, God and His Angels are protecting me.
Well, vladyko Moisey, let me wish you endurance in the struggle against corruption in Church and help of God in bearing your cross, as the cross you chose is hard.
