„I was turned out and you will be turned out, my word was treated badly and yours will also be treated badly”, in this way Jesus Christ teaches his pupils ( the Gospel 15.20), thus an unexpected betrayal of those who sang the praises yesterday and cry “crucify” today is very painful because my heart bleeds for their deed to which they were tempted as Judas who betrayed Jesus for thirty three coins.
 My heart bleeds for their souls that doomed themselves to eternal ruin. And they can't be any more called pastors of orthodox souls as by their deeds they crucify and betray Jesus and His Saint Church. They extracted themselves wilfully from Christ's Church and try to ruin it blackening its Patriarch. I say again that such betrayal was unexpected for me because I built and build God's Church in friendly and sincere interrelations where everybody can express his sound criticism towards me. Bishop Vsevolod and ex-bishops Isaakiy and Vasiliy being present at my lectures expressed positive opinions as to them which is recorded on the video film. They also urged me to become Patriarch saying that Church will become stronger with me and unanimously voted for me, and their panegyrics during Sobor and enthronization are recorded on the video film. Probably they did not understand that being Patriarch in Church does not mean sitting and self-glorifying on the throne but it means bearing a hard patriarchy cross. I was saying in St. Sofia in Kyiv during enthronization on the 18 th of June, 2005 that God establishes His Church today by appointing Patriarch but devil will gather all evil of the Underworld and first strike me as Patriarch of God's Church.
But God gives me strength, therefore I am ready to bear Patriarch's cross to serve for Ukraine and all over the world. God builds Church via us, unworthy but loving God, and to struggle against God's Church means to fight against God Himself.
This is not the Church of Patriarch Moisey but God's Church for God's souls all over the world.
Therefore as the first hierarch of God's Church I began to build it without any priest but I began to build it with Almighty and Just God and continue to build it only on God's principles such as: justice, wisdom and God's love.
Church must be God's institution on the earth where God Himself invisibly stays by His grace with clergy and believers who in sincere prayers and good deeds build God's Kingdom in their souls. Therefore Church built on intrigues, policy and love for money is not God's Church but devilish one, in which spiritual vileness and devastation reign. And none gold domes or rich sacerdotal robes, or grand divine services approach such a church to God. That's why the aim of my life is to build God's Church in Ukraine for all God's world which was bequeathed to us by Jesus Christ Himself. He passed through substantially larger calumny and persecution. Thus let them calumniate more because this helps God's Church strengthen and purge from those who look for benefit and human glory only. In this way God tests and builds His Church gathering God's family who not only by words but deeds and all their soul love Their God.
Even if the rest 20 Bishops of our Church go away being tempted via calumny, I will never leave God's Church and again alone as three years ago will bear the word of truth. I will gather God's followers into God's family. But today Christ's Orthodox Church is strengthened by such strong and sincere bishops that even the evil of the Underworld will not overcome it.
Purging of Church is necessary, that is why I calmly, relying on God's will accept this important and constant purging process.
As a wine-grower in his vineyard takes away dry and fruitless branches, the Lord unexpectedly for me took these ineffective bishops from His Church, so I had only to confirm the fact of their defrocking . I consecrated them and don't wish to be responsible for them before God and people for their sinful deeds. That is why having come to the agreement with St. Synod and power given by God to me , in accordance with 34 Apostle Rule “the Bishops must know the first among Hierarchies over them and acknowledge him as senior and do nothing without his consent”. Therefore having consecrated them in bishops I have to defrock them now in accordance with 29 Rule, IV – Ecumenical Council.
Isaakiy (Kvitka), bishop Cherkasky-Odesky, Vasiliy (Spiridon Babsky) arcbishop Lutsko-Volynsky, Ioann (Miles ) of Middle-West States from the USA are defrocked. They are prohibited to do any divine act and it will be considered as sacrilege (that is a mortal sin before the Holy Spirit).
Vsevolod, Tenopolsky-Bukovynsky bishop is given time for consideration as we believe that he is a kind man and are sure that he has been tempted into intrigues with bribery against his Patriarchy temporarily as he violated the wisdom of the 1 st psalm which teaches “ the man who does not visit the meeting of ungodly ones is happy…”.
I don't wish to spare my time of serving God on justifying my actions before calumniators but in order to dot all i's in this lie I will give my answers:
1. I am sure that accusing me of heresy they are guided by envy and malice. At the lectures which I deliver for people the questions about reincarnation are often asked. But I know almost nothing about this teaching in order to teach others as Orthodox Church has no literature regarding this problem. And sources of other religions do not interest me. That is why I say that teaching about reincarnation which Christian Church had was prohibited by emperor Justinian in 553 and since that time Christian Church keeps this ban. I don't teach anything besides those things which Jesus teaches us. Orthodox Church has a lot of deep doctrines which I bring by understandable language to human hearts . In this way the process of spiritual growth of individuality in building a happy family and happy society in harmony with God begins. As Patriarch Mstyslav said to me : „Give your heart to people and they will give one hundred hearts to you ”. People follow that man from whom they feel love .
500-600 people are present at my lectures every week. 4500 people have visited my lectures over a period of 3 years of my service in Kyiv.
Therefore I am sure that bishops are guided by envy because when they would work themselves they would not envy. Ex-bishop Isaakiy (Kvitka) has only one church –12-15 people go there (the village of Buzukiv, Cherkaska region), moreover these people express their discontent towards Isaakiy.
Ex-bishop Vasiliy – Spiridon (Babsky) has more than 50-60 parishioners and this is because of my visits there. Ex-bishop Ioan (Miles) has only 2-3 parishioners as he told himself who come to his house to pray. These are the facts which can be proved easily.
The rest of our bishops have churches and numerous missions. From this it follows that ex-bishops did not build Church but carried on intrigues against their Patriarch.
2. Regarding the registration of Church in Ukraine. Nobody except me was engaged in it. It is not registered because the authorities on church problems did not change their mentality and continue to violate our constitutional rights and liberty of conscience , discriminate our Church.
3. Regarding the Statute of canonical UAOC. How can I not keep to it if I corrected and approved it myself? If it appears to be imperfect, we can only make some alterations .
4. Regarding funds. Nobody collected funds for building the temple as the land for this purpose has not been allocated yet and we have to rent the premise.
5. There is Synod in our Church but it should be remembered that it is at the head with Patriarch who presides at the Synod (34 Ap. Rule) .
Regarding other points I consider them inessential to be elucidated .
