New lies against Patriarch Moisey from bishops of the UAOC, defrocked and excommunicated for the plot and mean treason of the Holy Church. Mr. Ioan Miles, who was ordained bishop by Patriarch Moisey, made a plot with bishop Isaakiy (Kvitka) and archbishop Vasyliy (Babs'kiy), who were also ordained by Patriarch Moisey, soon after inthronization of Vladyka Moisey into Patriarch betrayed him and the Holy Church. And now they even began to calumniate, using the Internet. So according to the Church canons they are defrocked. Now they are civil persons, who became embittered, united into a schismatic group and have no canonical right to pose as church and to make any statements.
To our sorrow, some of our good archpriests gave in to this calumny. They seem to leave the UAOC canonical,but nobody, except Bishop Isaakiy and Archbishop Vasyliy, has submitted yet petition about their leaving of Church for consideration of the Holy Synod. All declarations of defrocked bishops have no canonical power and are considered to be sin and calumny against Church of God.
Regarding declaration about not authenticity of the document from ex-metropolitan Alexis Niza. This document didn't have to exist, since Vladyka Moisey was ordained bishop and ordained metropolitan yet on October 10, 2002 with the right to manage and to develop Church in Ukraine. Ex-metropolitan Alexis Niza initiated this document and today he seems to deny it.

There is nothing strange in his behavour, as Vladyka Moisey refused to accept him under his omofor. The reason is known by many archpriests, who knows Alexis Niza more closely.
In 2003 ex-metropolitan Alexis declared about his getting married and abdication, which was shameful and painful to hear. He also declared that he is no longer Metropolitan Alexis, but an ordinary parishioner of the catholic parish Edwin Niza. After self-willed renouncement of the holy orders his return is out of the question. That's why Edwin Niza was rejected to be accepted under omofor of Patriarch Moisey. This fact and all above said can be confirmed by archpriests, who served with him.
Regarding schismatic group AUOC, headed by ex-bishop Mr.Ioan Miles, who has no parishioners, no church. They have nothing left to do, but to calumniate against Church of God, which is being developed on the earth by chosen by God Patriarch Moisey. By the way, ex-bishop Ioan Miles also abdicated the bishop's cloth three times, what can be seen now from his deeds, since the Holy Spirit has moved off from him and his deeds are mean... Having no other work to do as to sit by PC in his house day and night Ioan Miles with his fellow Serhiy Larin can just create their own «internet-church», going into blackmail and calumny against forerunner of the Church of Christ in Ukraine, who preaches and enlightens in Christianity hundreds and thousands of souls.
