№ 789   22 August 2005     State Department in affairs of religions of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13 Horodetskyy Str., c.Kyiv, 01001 Central directorate on the problems of internal policy of Kyiv City State Admonistration 44 Khreshchatyk Str., c.Kyiv 01001   And all those whom this may concern in Ukraine and abroad. We inform that for the committed actions which are not consistent with the canons of Orthodox Church, as well with the norms of Christian morals and Statute of our Church, by respective edicts of First Hierarch of UAOC Canonical: - archbishop Lutsko-Volynskyy Vasyliy (Oleh Babskyy), - bishop Cherkasko-Odeskyy Isaakiy (Heorhiy Kvitka), - bishop of Midwest Ioan, - priest Valentyn Soroka are defrocked and excommunicated from UAOC Canonical. Any documents signed or handed in by mentioned clergy on behalf of UAOC Canonical later than 27.07.2005 have no canonical or legal force.   + MOISEY,  Patriarch Kyivskyy and all Rus-Ukraine of UAOC Canonical
