CHRIST IS BORN! GLORIFY HIM!
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ!
Today is the birthday of Jesus Christ.
And we have to feel the day of His birthday in our hearts.
What for God is born?
He came to bless this world, to enlighten it with the verity, for people to understand how to inherit and create the harmony for eternal and happy life. And while He is born, then God’s angels are singing at Heaven:
“Glory to God in the highest, and on Earth peace, good will toward men!”
Every time while we together with you are praying to Heavenly King before the Liturgy, the hierarchs and priests make this prayer: “Glory to God in the highest, and on Earth peace, good will toward men! » Exactly for the sake of delivering this message to people Jesus was born. He came to Earth for the peace to be toward the men of good will. There can’t be any peace toward the men of bad will. The men of good will, only peace and good will ought to be toward you. If we are the men of good will, then we do good, and also gather and pray. And there is no difference whether we have the golden domes above or not; but we are not indifferent whether we have the God’s golden domes above, for the Holy Spirit to descend upon us. And we gather to accomplish that, for what Jesus Christ was born: “Glory to God in the highest, and on Earth peace, good will toward men!” And we want this peace in the consciousness of everybody, in the understanding of the verity to expand toward the men. And want the men, perceiving this world, this consciousness, this verity to become strong and majestic brothers and sisters in the Holy Spirit. Notwithstanding with the origin, nationality and the colour of skin. For all the people to be brothers and sisters – the men of good will, for whom Jesus Christ the Saviour was born. And then His birth isn’t in vain. Then His birth is again the great help in our hearts for us to keep calm, joy, and love in this cruel world. To keep all that blessed, that we need to save ourselves and help the other people to understand this verity as well.
