MISSION OF SOBORNA - UNIVERSAL CHURCH IN UZHGOROD: HOLY PRAYER FOR TRANSCARPATHIAN REGION

In Sunday's morning, on August 24, near the Holy Trinity Church, the Holy Divine Liturgy, at which Vasyliy, Bishop of Uzhgorod greeted Moses, Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus'-Ukraine on the hospitable Transcarpathian land and asked for the blessing for all the people of native land, took place. Inspiredly and nobly, sounded the prayer for our God-loving and God-protecting Ukraine, for all the people of Transcarpathia, for the unity in God of people of different nationalities and confessions, for peace and their health, for God to help them in righteous life and protect them from the enemies and assailants. Like the sign of God, during of Patriarchal blessing, the sky cleared up and the gold radiance flowed from the height, generously feeling the hearts of those who hurried to erect the churches and build up the Kingdom of God on the Earth.
